MAVROSMARKET is an invite-only institutional marketplace for pre-IPO secondaries, the buying and selling of shares in private companies before they go public. It pairs a confidential venue with the diligence and settlement tools needed to take a trade from indication to close, backed by a merchant bank.
Why is it confidential?
Interest is visible to the platform but not to the wider market. In private secondaries, discretion protects price and relationships: a shareholder can test the market without signaling, and a buyer can build a position without moving it against themselves.
Who can access the platform?
Access is by introduction and limited to eligible participants, accredited investors, qualified purchasers, institutions, issuers, and their shareholders. Every member is vetted before they see live supply and demand.
How do I get access?
Request an introduction and a Mavros principal will confirm eligibility and walk you through onboarding. We keep the network deliberately closed, so onboarding is a conversation, not a sign-up form.
What are secondaries?
Secondaries are transactions in existing private-company shares, sold by an early investor, employee, or shareholder, rather than newly issued stock. They are how liquidity happens in a company that has chosen to stay private longer.
